i. Delivery & Returns of Goods
FREE DELIVERY FOR ALL UK ORDERS OVER £30
• Postage & Packaging for UK orders will be charged at a £2.49 flat rate.
• Most UK orders normally arrive within 2-5 working days, however, during peak periods please allow up to 7-10 working days.
• Subject to stock and availability.
STOCK & BACK-ORDERS
Occasionally, items may go out of stock just before an order is placed. In such circumstances, out of stock items will be placed on back-order for you and despatched upon arrival at our warehouse.
14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased via our Online Catalogue, you may return it for a refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom
YOU MUST LET US KNOW
The Customer must inform us of any intention to return the item/items within 14 days of receipt of the goods by email.
Where items have arrived damaged in transit, the customer must inform us about this within 24 hours from receipt of the goods.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
Frill & Flounce will pay the return carriage cost if: the item/items were found to be faulty, transit damaged or if the item was sent in error.
MUST BE UNUSED AND IN NEW CONDITION
With the exception of items that were delivered and found to be damaged or faulty, Goods being returned for a refund must be unused. They must also be returned in their original packaging and in new condition.
Under normal circumstances refunds will be credited to customers within 2 working days of returned items being safely received back at Frill & Flounce.
GOODS RETURNED INCOMPLETE
Frill & Flounce will adjust the amount refunded to cover any items found to be missing from orders that have been returned. It is up to the customer to check that all accessories, notions, peripheral devices and other items such as manuals, foot controls etc that were included in the original order are not missing before being parceled up and returned
Please ensure that you carefully pack any items being returned to us. As the sender, the customer is responsible for the return carriage and we will not cover the cost of goods that get damaged in transit on their way back to us

While we endeavour to hold sufficient stocks. We do not guarantee availability of any product shown on our website. If your order has an item out of stock, the available part of your order will be dispatched by the method selected, and the remainder will be put onto back order to be dispatched when stock arrives by 1st class post.
